Halo Studios CAUGHT Changing M/F to Heavy/Light Armor
Halo fans, you’re not hallucinating—343 Industries really did replace “Male” and “Female” with “Heavy Armor” and “Light Armor” in Halo: Reach. That’s right. In a desperate attempt to appease the woke mob, they erased gender from the game entirely.
So now, instead of picking your gender, you choose between “big strong man armor” or “tiny dainty girl armor.” It’s laughable. Bungie’s original system was neutral, simple, and respected player identity.
And the irony? Massive. This is the same studio that lectures us every year on “Women in Gaming,” celebrates Women’s History Month with smug corporate tweets, and still somehow removed the option for women to even identify as female in-game.
Bonnie Ross built her whole brand on empowering women in gaming, yet under her leadership, this garbage happened. This is what happens when ideologues hijack development priorities.
