The first theatrical trailer for the much-awaited Gran Turismo movie has finally been unveiled, offering a glimpse into the thrilling and inspiring story of Jann Mardenborough. The film, scheduled for an August release, is based on the true story of Mardenborough's rise to professional racing fame after winning the GT Academy esports tournament in 2011.

The film boasts a stellar cast, with Archie Madekwe portraying Mardenborough, alongside Orlando Bloom, David Harbour, Djimon Hounsou, and Geri Horner.

He went on to thank the media, PlayStation, and retailers for their support, adding, "And above all else, I can’t ever thank enough the GT users and people of the GT community who have played our new titles, which at times could be said to have been very experimental."
