Put on your clown nose! Another Nintendo Indie Showcase has come and gone, and STILL haven't received updates on Hollow Knight: Silksong. The event did, however, deliver a ton of indie game announcements. Those of you who know me would know I'm a sucker for a good indie, and if you came to read this article, clearly, I'm not alone.
From charming life sims to intense action-adventures, the Indie Showcase introduced a variety of titles for everyone to look forward to. Let's dive into every announcement and trailer revealed during the event, including release dates for anticipated sequels like Oxenfree II: Lost Signals and Blasphemous 2.

Mineko's Night Market - Set for a September 26, 2023 release on Switch, Mineko's Night Market features a delightful life sim with engaging activities at the night market, including cat races and mysterious agents with secrets to uncover.
My Time At Sandrock - This charming post-apocalyptic wild west adventure is getting a Switch port this summer, inviting players to build, farm, and fight in a desert community.
Plate Up - The cooperative-focused roguelite cooking simulator, previously only available on PC, will launch on Switch in October, challenging players to serve customers and improve their restaurants.
Quilts And Cats Of Calico - The digital adaptation of the tabletop game Calico, featuring both solo and multiplayer modes, is set to release on Switch this fall.
Rift of the NecroDancer - This rhythm game spin-off of Crypt of the Necrodancer is coming to Switch alongside the PC version in 2023, offering players boss battles, burger-making, and yoga.
DLC for Existing Switch Titles - The Indie Showcase announced upcoming DLC expansions for Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon Puzzler's Pack, A Little to the Left, and Cult of the Lamb.
Animal Well - The eerie puzzle box action-adventure game, originally revealed at Summer Game Fest 2022, will now be coming to Switch, PS5, PS4, and PC in early 2024.
Crime O'Clock - The interconnected black-and-white mystery game featuring 40 different cases is set to release on Switch and PC on June 30.
Teslagrad 2 - The physics-based action-adventure game Teslagrad 2, along with a remaster of the original Teslagrad, was announced to be launching on April 19.
Shadows Over Loathing - This game's Switch port is now available on the Nintendo eShop, with a physical version coming in fall.

Oxenfree II: Lost Signals - The event showcased more of the story and gameplay for Oxenfree II: Lost Signals, revealing a July 12 release date on all platforms.
Nintendo's Indie Showcase concluded with teases for future events, hinting at games like Paper Trail, Little Kitty, Big City, Chants of Sennaar, Brotato, Escape Academy: Complete Edition, Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach, and Bomb Rush Cyberfunk.
I can't wait to put on my clown face waiting to be disappointed yet again for no HollowKnight Silksong in the next Nintendo Indies Direct, but until then, I'll clearly have my plate full with plenty to play!
