The company also noted significant differences in how members utilize their benefits; for example, while some members frequently use member pricing and product protection, others make more regular use of tech support services. Starting June 27, Totaltech will transition to My Best Buy Total™. Existing Totaltech members will receive an email in the coming months detailing this change.
