Chaos Breaks Out At Activision Blizzard Offices After Trump Election

Internal Chaos at Activision Blizzard: Employees Unravel After Trump Victory

In the wake of Donald Trump's recent election victory, reports have surfaced from @grummz on Twitter/X that paint a scary picture of Activision Blizzard's internal 'environment'. The leak reveals a company workforce gripped by insane emotional reactions and extremely concerning discussions, showcasing just how mentally unstable of some employees truly are. This is raising some critical questions about the hiring practices at the company, with many pointing fingers now at the leadership, specifically President Rob Kostich and the HR department, for cultivating an unstable workforce. As Grummz aptly put it in his recent tweet (alongside the image above):

"More Slack leaks from Activision Blizzard. Dev contemplate gun violence. Other devs now see the benefit of armed self-defense. They are losing it. Source: Insider at Activision Blizzard. Status: Confirmed." — @Grummz

Leaked Messages Reveal Disturbing Mental States

A leaked screenshot from the internal company slack at Activision Blizzard depicts employees casually grappling with their unhinged emotions and sharing increasingly concerning thoughts.

Here are some of the messages that have come to light from it:

“It must be working on [Redacted Name] making me more violent, but I have never been more tempted to buy a gun.”
“arm the left 🤷‍♂️”
“After all an armed minority is harder to oppress”
“If you can afford it, get life insurance. No one fights harder than insurance companies, and if more minorities get them then it'll be harder for hate crime to get swept under the rug.”

This conversation in particular reveals a workforce not only deeply affected by political developments... but one that seems to be on the brink of a serious personal and interpersonal crises. The fact that this kind of dialogue is occurring within the corporate space of a major gaming company is as troubling... as it is revealing.

Well, well, well—if it isn’t the consequences of their own actions...

The Consequences of Hiring the Unstable

Activision Blizzard’s decision to prioritize certain hiring criteria over genuine competence has backfired. The company's hired individuals who are unable to separate their personal political struggles from their professional responsibilities. This leaked message indicates that some of the employees are contemplating involving firearms and violence—on a work slack channel no less... a shocking development that should raise serious alarms about their stability.

hey, FBI, are you paying attention?

It’s not hard to see why this is a problem for Activision Blizzard's output. When a workforce is dominated by DEI individuals are openly struggling with emotional regulation and extreme reactions... it's no wonder that the work environment is this unhinged to match. Emotionally volatile environments don’t foster creative genius; they stifle it under the weight of internal conflict and instability... A pressure they have been feeling for some time now.

A Call for Accountability

The responsibility for this situation lands squarely on the shoulders of Rob Kostich and the entire HR department.

Their hiring practices, driven by ideological 'DEI' alignment rather than a balanced assessment of mental and professional fitness, has of course now led to an environment where employees are more focused on external political events than their roles in creating quality games.

If Kostich and the HR leadership had prioritized stability, competence, and emotional resilience, the company wouldn't be facing a situation where their own developers are contemplating arming themselves or making these kinds of veiled threats. The fact that such discussions are taking place, potentially without immediate HR intervention or corrective measures... is a damning indictment of the department's leadership... But moreso, concerning for a potential travesty to be in the midst of planning.

The Dangers of an Armed, Emotionally Unstable Workforce

Perhaps most concerning is the idea that some of these individuals might consider owning firearms. The mere notion that emotionally unstable people—who have openly discussed the temptation of purchasing guns amidst a political event—will become armed is... well.. pretty deeply unsettling. These are individuals who should not, under any circumstances, have access to firearms. The risk of accidental harm or impulsive decisions leading to violence is far too great, and honestly... scary.

Immediate Action Needed

Activision Blizzard needs to take swift action over this absolute insanity to regain control over its workplace environment. The current situation is clearly unsustainable, not just for the employees involved but for the company's reputation and the safety of everyone involved. I couldn't imagine working in an environment where coworkers speak so flippantly about genuine terror. Rob Kostich and the entire HR department needs to be held accountable for allowing this kinda toxic atmosphere to develop unchecked. Good gawd the game industry is a mess behind the scenes...

For a company like Activision Blizzard that has historically been plagued by controversies, this recent situation should be eye opening, and the final straw. The leadership must prioritize the safety and stability of the workplace, not just for the employees who are clearly struggling, but for the future of the company as a whole. If they continue down this path, with emotional volatility of some of these employees as the norm, the result will be more chaos and an even steeper decline in the quality of their work.

Activision Blizzard's leadership must face the reality of their decisions. Without serious reform, the company as a whole will unravel. This is pure insanity

I think what really needs to happen is for work places to start purging there places of all Wokies, LGBTQ+ & Trans activists that may choose to violently act out because they are too much of an Un-Wanted liability

Yes,it may be Lakeman. But,I honestly don't think that any employer should have to change or Accommodate for the Wokie nutbags at all. If these brainless fools can't hack it in work places, then they should stay Well away from them.

I suppose Blizzard's office don't have metal detectors at their doors... I can't go south REALLY fast even if i think they can't buy legal weapons because of the laws they supported.

Anyway, i think we deserve what we tolerate whatever in comics, shows, movies and games. It's why we should remember they need to put years of works and millions of USD to make their products while we just have to do nothing to make them flop.

Clearly this shows that the Blizzard company is filled with Unstable Nutbags. There obviously needs to be a Full investigation into this gaming company because it clearly shows that some of their members are on the brink of snapping and doing stupid things
