"Relooted” is the Wokest, Most Racist Stealing Simulator EVER!

Welp, that does it. We’ve officially moved into the “justified theft” portion of the Marxist playbook. I'm still in awe as to just how this game even got greenlit lmfao...

Of course they'd drop this on a weekend to limit the flack they most undoubtably are gonna be receiving for this title... In what can only be described as a parody of itself, the Epic Games Store is now actively promoting a game called Relooted, an “Africanfuturist heist game” where players break into Western museums to steal.. I mean, excuse me, “reclaim”... real African artifacts. Yes, this is real. Yes, this got funding. And yes... Epic Games is pushing it as if it’s the next great cultural moment in gaming. This ain't it, bro lmfao...
According to the Steam page, the game is pitched as:
“Reclaim real African artifacts from Western museums in this Africanfuturist heist game. Recruit crew members, plan escape routes, acquire the precious cargo, and bounce out of the joint as fast as you can.”
This isn’t satire. This is what happens when DEI ideology and activists storytelling replaces actual developer creativity. The developers, a South African studio called Nyamakop, proudly describe themselves as “diverse and inclusive,” as if that’s a credential for making good games...

But looking at the team photo, it begs the question of what they mean by "diverse"... Their debut title, Semblance, was a massive failure, to put it nicely, with a max player concurrent count on SteamDB of 63 people.. and the game came out back in 2018.

Ironically, they still haven't even updated their own website with this new game they are working on currently being promoted by Epic games. Strikes me as just pure laziness and nothing more...

Now they’re back with a bigger team, 30 people strong reportedly, ready to unleash what is essentially a politically-charged theft simulator glorifying looting under the guise of justice.
And the internet?

Oh, it noticed.
@MizutamariVT: “Let's make a game all about African culture and the African experience!”its a looting simulator

@Lavistro84: “This looks like Dustborn meets Concord in Dragon Age: Veilguard. The profits are so going to skyrocket. In reverse! 🤣”

@gregmerema: “Thank you for confirming that wokeist and DEIist are indeed the real racists all along. I mean we already knew that but this is just…”

@KeithWoodsYT: “> Black people start making their own video games It’s a theft simulator”

Once again, this shows the fundamental rot going on deep within modern game development. This isn’t about honoring heritage or exploring culture, nah... it’s about pushing grievance politics and rewriting morality to fit an extremist worldview where crime becomes activism, and accountability is colonialism.

It’s the same tired playbook: wrap the message in buzzwords like “representation,” “reclamation,” and “justice,” and you can market just about anything to the mainstream press as “stunning and brave.” But we all see right through it. The community is already roasting this title before it even drops. The combination of Dustborn-level cringe, Concord-tier marketing failure, and blatant ideological pandering is a recipe for disaster.
And let’s not kid ourselves here... if the roles were reversed and someone made a heist game about stealing artifacts from African museums, the internet would melt down in minutes. But when it’s framed as “reclaiming” stolen goods from the West, it’s suddenly progressive? It's ok because I guess socio-politically now, white man bad, and all actions against them are now justified?
Relooted is what happens when cultural vengeance gets a game dev budget and zero editorial oversight. And Epic Games is happily giving it a platform and promoting it on X. Embarrassing.
Welcome to gaming in 2025. Where gameplay comes second, and political indoctrination comes first. But gamers are fighting back, and day by day, we are taking back our games.
The activists hate us for it.

Gotta love how all these "representation" games end up representing everyone involved in the absolute worst way possible, LMFAO. 🤣
The article doesn't say, and I don't know if I care enough to look, but you would think a South African gaming company would know that 'Africa' is a CONTINENT, NOT a Nation! Of course, most Cultural Marxists in the West (at least America) don't know that, but it is hardly some unified, homogenous land where everyone with more Melanin magically gets along.
You would think a games developer from South Africa (which IS a Nation), would know this, at least more than a bunch of automatons from Southern California. I guess though, even if they did, they wouldn't care. Cultural Marxism does teach that Feelings are the most important metric for 'truth', after all. 'Honesty' and 'Integrity' are just…
What a self-report from both the developers and Epic. I don't have a problem with the content, but it's funny that's the game they chose to make and promote.
